Términos y condiciones para anunciantes

1. Purpose of the Service

The “La Ruta Esmeralda” Watch Party Map is an informational tool created by Se Habla Media to help the community find places where FIFA World Cup 2026 soccer matches will be broadcast in Spanish. Advertisers may register their events to promote them on the media outlet’s website.

2. Advertiser Eligibility

To publish an event, the advertiser declares that:

• They are of legal age and have the authority to represent the business or organization.
• The information provided is true, complete, and up to date.
• The event complies with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
• Match broadcasts will be in Spanish.
• Matches will be shown in full and with the volume on.
• The event complies with FIFA public viewing licenses if applicable. More information at publicviewing.fifa.org.

3. Permitted Content

The advertiser agrees that the submitted content:

• Does not include offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language.
• Does not promote illegal activities.
• Does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or third-party intellectual property, including official World Cup or FIFA marks unless authorized.
• Does not mislead regarding the nature of the event, prices, promotions, or services offered.

4. Use of Trademarks and Intellectual Property

The advertiser acknowledges that:

• Se Habla Media does not grant permission to use official World Cup, FIFA, or sponsor trademarks.
• It is the advertiser’s responsibility to ensure that any use of trademarks, logos, or images has legal authorization.
• It is the advertiser’s responsibility to ensure they have the appropriate public viewing licenses when required.
• The media outlet may reject or remove content that infringes third-party rights.

5. Event Responsibility

The advertiser is solely responsible for:

• The organization, safety, and operation of the watch party.
• Obtaining necessary permits, licenses, insurance, or authorizations.
• Complying with occupancy, alcohol, safety, and any applicable regulations.

Se Habla Media does not organize, supervise, or manage the published events and assumes no responsibility for incidents, damages, or losses related to them.

6. Content Review and Publication

• The media outlet reserves the right to review, edit, or reject any submission.
• Publication is not automatic; it is subject to editorial approval.
• The media outlet may remove an event at any time if it violates these terms or affects community safety or trust.

7. Personal Data

The advertiser agrees that:

• The information provided will be used solely for the publication and administration of the calendar.
• The media outlet may contact the advertiser for clarifications, updates, or event verification.

8. Advertising and Promotion

By registering an event, the advertiser authorizes Se Habla Media to:

• Display the event on the website, newsletters, social media, or other editorial channels.
• Use the business name and event information for promotional purposes related to the calendar.

9. Payments

• Payment is made in advance at the time the form is completed.
• Payment is processed through Stripe, and the use of that platform is subject to its own terms and conditions.

10. Cancellations

• Once payment is made, there are no cancellations or refunds unless the material is not published due to not meeting the necessary conditions.
• The advertiser may request cancellation of their event at any time before publication, with no right to a refund.
• Once the event is published, cancellation must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
• The media outlet reserves the right to cancel or remove events that violate these terms or may affect community safety or trust.

11. Refunds

• If the advertisement is not published or is removed for not meeting the conditions for publication, the corresponding refund will be issued, minus a 10% processing fee.
• The refund will be issued within 15 business days after payment.

12. Service Modifications

The media outlet may update these terms, change the calendar format, or suspend the service at any time. Changes will be published on the website.

13. Acceptance

By submitting an event for publication, the advertiser confirms that they have read and accept these terms and conditions.

Los anunciantes pueden registrar sus eventos para promocionarlos en el sitio web del medio.

2. Elegibilidad del anunciante

Para publicar un evento, el anunciante declara que:

• Es mayor de edad y tiene autoridad para representar al negocio u organización.
• La información proporcionada es verdadera, completa y actualizada.
• El evento cumple con las leyes locales, estatales y federales aplicables.
• Las transmisiones de partidos serán en español.
• Los partidos se transmitirán completos y con el volumen encendido.

3. Contenido permitido

El anunciante se compromete a que el contenido enviado:

• No incluye lenguaje ofensivo, discriminatorio o inapropiado.
• No promueve actividades ilegales.
• No infringe derechos de autor, marcas registradas ni propiedad intelectual de terceros, incluyendo marcas oficiales de la Copa Mundial o FIFA salvo autorización correspondiente.
• No induce a error sobre la naturaleza del evento, precios, promociones o servicios ofrecidos.

4. Uso de marcas y propiedad intelectual

El anunciante reconoce que:

• Se Habla Media no otorga permisos para usar marcas oficiales del Mundial, FIFA o patrocinadores.
• Es responsabilidad del anunciante asegurarse de que cualquier uso de marcas, logos o imágenes tenga autorización legal.
• Es responsabilidad del anunciante asegurarse de contar con las licencias de visualización que puedan corresponder a cada caso.
• El medio puede rechazar o retirar contenido que infrinja derechos de terceros.

5. Responsabilidad del evento

El anunciante es el único responsable de:

• La organización, seguridad y operación del watch party.
• Contar con permisos, licencias, seguros o autorizaciones necesarias.
• Cumplir con normas de aforo, alcohol, seguridad y cualquier regulación aplicable.

Se Habla Media no organiza, supervisa ni administra los eventos publicados y no asume responsabilidad por incidentes, daños o pérdidas relacionados con ellos.

6. Revisión y publicación del contenido

• El medio se reserva el derecho de revisar, editar o rechazar cualquier envío.
• La publicación no es automática; está sujeta a aprobación editorial.
• El medio puede retirar un evento en cualquier momento si incumple estos términos o afecta la seguridad o confianza de la comunidad.

7. Datos personales

El anunciante acepta que:

• La información proporcionada será utilizada únicamente para la publicación y administración del calendario.
• El medio puede contactar al anunciante para aclaraciones, actualizaciones o verificación del evento.

8. Publicidad y promoción

Al registrar un evento, el anunciante autoriza a Se Habla Media a:

• Mostrar el evento en el sitio web, boletines, redes sociales u otros canales editoriales.
• Utilizar el nombre del negocio y la información del evento para fines promocionales relacionados con el calendario.

9. Pagos

• El pago se realiza por adelantado al momento de llenar el formulario.
• El pago se realiza por medio de Stripe y el uso de dicha plataforma se apega a sus propios términos y condiciones de uso.

10. Cancelaciones

• Una vez realizado el pago no habrá cancelaciones o reembolsos, a menos que el material no se publique por no cumplir con las condiciones necesarias.
• El anunciante puede solicitar la cancelación de su evento en cualquier momento antes de la publicación, sin derecho a reembolso.
• Una vez publicado el evento, la cancelación deberá notificarse con al menos 48 horas de anticipación.
• El medio se reserva el derecho de cancelar o retirar eventos que incumplan estos términos o que puedan afectar la seguridad o confianza de la comunidad.

11. Reembolsos

• En caso de que el anuncio no sea publicado o sea eliminado por no cumplir con las condiciones para su publicación, se realizará el reembolso correspondiente, menos 10% de cuota de procesamiento.
• El reembolso se realizará en los 15 días hábiles posteriores al pago.

12. Modificaciones al servicio

El medio puede actualizar estos términos, cambiar el formato del calendario o suspender el servicio en cualquier momento. Los cambios se publicarán en el sitio web.

13. Aceptación

Al enviar un evento para publicación, el anunciante confirma que ha leído y acepta estos términos y condiciones.
